As of 17.35 my pallet has not been collected. This all the more difficult as the goods are being delivered to me, not collected. The seller is very unhappy as she has waited in all day. No communications at all from the company even though contact details for both collection and delivery were communicated.
Whilst I appreciate the drivers have a busy schedule, so do your customers. Having to take a day off work as holiday to accommodate is bad enough, but to not turn up is completely unacceptable.
