I wouldn't say i was happy, collection time between 8 am and 4 pm!! a long time to wait for a collection, no way could the driver alone get the item on the lorry, it took me my son and the driver nearly 3/4 hour to get it on, the equipment to load was inadequate for the item, luckily i had equipment to help out , would probably not use this service again without prior consultation of collection method
