The delivery driver who collected the pallet was rude, impatient and has no concept of customer service.
I gave instructions re the collection both during the placing of the order and on the phone afterwards and they were not taken into account.
Lastly the recipient asked if the address could be changed. Twice I was told that this had been acknowledged and was no problem and they still delivered to the wrong place. Shambles.
