I had to phone them to find out where my delivery was at 4pm, was told it was unsafe on the pallet so would be delivered the next day. Got a call the next morning to say it was out for delivery & would be with me by 11am. At 1pm I called again & was told it would be with me within the hour, which it was. Unfortunately it was damaged, something that didn't come to light until I unwrapped it so I have no recourse with sendapallet because I signed for it without noting the damage. Ah well, live & learn
