When pallet was delivered at my home address it was dumped on my driveway blocking it from future use.maybe a phone call to myself would of been helpful.this was a very heavy item so I now have a lot of hassle to move this item to a better place.I think common sense was not used here. Both myself and my wife are in this line of work and would never leave a customer in this position. I will not be using send a pallet again.
