item repeatedly didnt get collected....my customer was lied to and told it wasnt ready for collection when it had sat there for days. took a lot of work to get it collected and sorted which was then late for customer...when carrier did turn up he had no idea what he was fetching and where it was going. awesome service.....not! used once....will only ever use....once.... try better to keep customers....i would.
