I couldn't understand the tracking details. Ie 92 depot! I did have to phone the supplier to get the number for the delivery company and phoned them once to find out when they were likely to deliver and was given a three hour estimate. Fifteen mins before the end of that estimate at 4.45pm, I phoned again, before they shut for the weekend, to be told that the driver was running very late and given 6-8pm. He arrived at 6pm. I've given 5 stars for the driver, who did actually deliver the goods on a Friday evening, otherwise we would have had to wait until Monday. Better tracking instructions would help and may be an e-mail or phone call, when they are encountering problems.
