This company has been a terrible experience. Their customer service is practically non-existent, and they delay packages whenever they want without explanation. One of my shipments arrived damaged, which caused me to lose a valued customer. On another occasion, I sent a package within California, but they mistakenly routed it all the way to Kansas, causing a one-week delay for my customer. They refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes or offer meaningful solutions. I’m done using this service. I strongly advise others not to do business with them.
