You give me the amount the recipient will receive during payment but you dieliver less than the intended amount without informing me and no explanation. It is considered cheating to me.
This happened to me 3x so far. You just did it to me again today. I did not check my past transactions because I could see on the dashboard the right amount. Later on, I realized that the numbers have changed because my recipient informed me that the amount I gave her does not match with what she has received. I wouldn't have known this if it wasn't for her. I don't double check every transaction I had in the past.
Also, you charged my credit card one time without my permission. It was charged 3 days after I cancelled the transaction. Your staff is dismissing my complaint and never listened. I asked several times for the person in charge and telephone number but no one came back to me. I also asked for explanation but no one apologized nor epxplained until now.
It has been disappointing.
I still want to have that money/apology/explanation/telephone number/person in charge.
