“Your service is good, but your email communication does not always match the actual situation. In Cuba, communication is sometimes impossible due to internet and telephone problems. Even when I provide an alternative solution or someone at the recipient’s house can assist, your team continues saying the transaction cannot be delivered because the recipient is unreachable. Please understand the situation in Cuba and accept my instructions when I provide an alternative solution. Sometimes I also send only CAD $200 from Canada, and I expect clear communication and proper service. Please improve your communication and customer service. Thank you.”
