It took 18 hours to get this transfer to its destination. No correspondence from Sendvalu to keep me up to date except the chart saying that the agent in Ghana had received but nothing after that, No response received in regard to my enquiry email after 12 hours from sending the funds

leider diesmal nicht, die Verifizierung hat aussergewöhnlich lange gedauert, das Support Service war relativ schnell, aber sie konnten den Verifizierungsprozess nicht beeinflussen. das Geld kam viel zu spät an und hat für die Familie einige Probleme mitgebracht, da sie nunmehr die Besorgungen für den EID nicht mehr besorgen konnte. Bislang hat immer alles excellent geklappt, wehalb diesmal nich t, kann ich nicht beurteilen.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass wir den strengsten Sicherheitsvorschriften der MFSA unterliegen, die eine genaue Prüfung der Transaktionen erfordern, was manchmal etwas Zeit in Anspruch nehmen kann. Die Transaktion wurde gestern (20. April) durchgeführt und ist bereits an den Empfänger überwiesen worden

Hola, le hemos escrito a su email, con el cual se registró en el sitio sendvalu. Por favor revisar, pero en resumen, las transferencias a Cuba pueden demorar hasta 72 horas en reflejarse el dinero en la tarjeta. Cualquier otra duda o inquietud nos escribe a support@sendvalu.com, gracias

I made 2 transactions yesterday but made a mistake and clicked GMONEY instead of MTN and so the money has not arrived by the receiver yet. Until this dispute is solved, I can not rate your service. Please help me solve this problem thank you.

I have been a customer since Oct 14th, 2020 and have made over 250 transactions. I have recently written 2 successive glowing reports and praises for getting funds in the hands of my wife in 2 hours or less. However those incidents are few and far between. This current transaction sat in the Sent To Partner status for 15 hours. Considering the fact that it is 8 hours later in Ghana than my location, I don't see any reason for this other than the partner is not doing his/her job and neither is your staff for not staying on the transaction to its completion. This happens more times than not. A small hand full of 250 transaction done quickly and efficiently. But the majority end up in this situation because people there are "asleep at the switch." The only way to communicate with your company is email. There is no chat available, and no one ever answers the USA phone number or even returns calls left on voice mail. Major management overhaul is in order in my opinion. Not a single reply to my email inquiring about the delay. Very poor communications this time. Normally my emails are answered very quickly. Today I never even received a message that the order is complete and the money is in my wife's wallet.

OK dear friends; I am very sorry, Order Ref. 1188419 Created: 08.02.2023 is slower than 24 hours now the woman is very very in need and it has only been sent to th partner in Ghana, for long time!

Brauchen zu lange um geld zu überweisen. Und mann muss ihnen schreiben weil sie sich nicht selbst darum kümmern das es richtig funktioniert Habe nur eine unge üngende bewertung. Da auch ihre webseite nicht ordnungsgemäss arbeitet.

I feel somewhat misled about what I read and expect that the funds transfer would be received by my recipient promptly. I booked the transfer on Tuesday at about 11am. Yesterday I received a notification from you " the amount sent by you via sendvalu has been paid out". I am having concern about this because my recipient has not yet received the funds and earliest now would be Monday. I assumed the transfer would have been electronic and would have been completed in 24 to 48 hours, after all, we have moved on from pony express. I don't know if this is common practice but it makes me hesitant to transfer funds this way again. I do hope my recipient does indeed receive the money on Monday.

Your speed to send money is tremendous....... SLOW. It is awful to wait along for 10 and more hours, so seen I think you are the slowest of them all. But I must be thankful that you even do it!

Our apologies that nobody was available to pick up your call at the time of your call. Due to changes in international payment transactions, we can only bill in Euro at the moment. We are working to get also the USD currency available again. Transaction #787569 has already been marked PAID on May 29, 2021. Depending on the destination, the transactions may take over 5 business days due to the politics of payment in the country. Yet we will always be tracking the status of the transaction and supporting our customers in case of any requirement. Thank you for your comprehension.

I wish you would just transfer money without asking for Id I feel this is a dis value and miss trust by you and I feel violated of my rights to send money

This time it was very good service but it is not consistent. Prior to this transaction, I have a cancelled transaction due to a repeated error which Sendvalu can’t fix. I re-send and this time I just got lucky maybe.
