Erreur que j'ai fait d'envoyer avec vous. J'envoie régulièrement avec Ding et Rebtel, c'est beaucoup plus avantageux.

I submitted a transaction on Friday the transaction did not reach the recipient until the following Wednesday, very poor service by the provider in Ghana.

Bonjour, Je ne suis pas satisfait pour les raisons suivantes : - Vous m'avez demandé d'envoyer des documents, ce qui a été fait, - Vous m'avez laisser entendre que je pouvais réaliser des transferts. - Au moment où je vous enboie ce courriel, je ne peux toujours pas réaliser de transfert. J'aurais aimé simplement comprendre et connaitre les raisons pour lesquelles ce n'est toujours pas possible Cordialement

Permítame informarle que las transferencias con entrega a domicilio en Cuba pueden demorar hasta 5 días hábiles en ser entregado el dinero. Si la transferencia es del 7 de Abril, está todavía en tiempo para ser entregada, pues no se cuenta los sábados y los domingos porque esos días el pagador no trabaja. Le sugerimos que escriba a support@sendvalu.com , que es el email de atencion a cliente, para hablar de su transferencia con mas detalles y seguridad, pues Review es un sitio publico, gracias.

Very disappointed, transaction made yesterday, my benfeciary need it urgently, it is paid today. Yesterday I had to make transactions with the same amount with money gram, which arrived instiyaly. Sendvalu transaction paid today after I requested cancelation. Am skeptical of I would use Sendvalu again,

This has been the worst experience ever. Your customer service is awful. I have been spending the entire day trying to get in touch or have someone reach out and nothing!!! I tried the numbers and I received the same message over and over our operators are unable to help you at this time. I did not see a place where you could do a live chat. This is the only email I have received all-day. I am so disappointed. I wish I could find the Live Chat option but I wasn't aware there was one because I could not find it. And I also tried to cancel but wasn't able to find what I needed to do so. So the person I was trying to help is in a dire situation and I am not happy because I am in limbo regarding the money I sent that is still in the verification stage.

Confirmaron mi transferencia como entregado y aún no an entregado mi dinero envío email para que me den una explicación y no obtengo respuesta a principios era una buena aplicación pero está perdiendo calidad tanto como la atención al cliente como en la entrega del dinero

Hola Yuri La entrega a domicilio demora 5 días laborales desde que usted recibe el correo de confirmación hasta que es entregado en las manos de su beneficiario(a) en Cuba. Usted realizó el envío 1194026 el 26 de febrero, por ser fin de semana no se cuenta ese día, y fue entregado el viernes 3 de marzo, justamente en 5 días. Algunos lugares son más complicados que otros para la entrega en Cuba, pero siempre entregamos el dinero. Cuando tenga alguna duda contacte y confirme con su beneficiario(a) y ademas solicite un recibo del pago a nuestro equipo de soporte, con gusto se lo haremos llegar. Consideramos que no es justa su evaluación sobre nuestro servicio. Saludos cordiales
