I have a transaction that has been “SENT TO PARTNER “ for processing for over 40 hours. Since Wednesday 10:00pm local time here and not yet paid to the recipient/beneficiary!!!! What is going on??????

It is impossible to get in touch with you. I send e-mails, but you do not answer. One recipient Annie Lei Chua cannot get the money I sent due to misspelling of her name. I asked you to correct it or cancel the transaction, but no answer from you. You are not trustworthy and very difficult to communicate with. There is no contact phone number that I could call you. Hello, Howard. We have responded to your name change request however it is not permitted by the local partner thus canceled. We advise that you make sure that you have spelled the receiver's name correctly and use the correct format FIRST NAME (if the receiver has 3 first names you have to put it here), MIDDLE NAME, LAST NAME to avoid cancellation.

You give me the amount the recipient will receive during payment but you dieliver less than the intended amount without informing me and no explanation. It is considered cheating to me. This happened to me 3x so far. You just did it to me again today. I did not check my past transactions because I could see on the dashboard the right amount. Later on, I realized that the numbers have changed because my recipient informed me that the amount I gave her does not match with what she has received. I wouldn't have known this if it wasn't for her. I don't double check every transaction I had in the past. Also, you charged my credit card one time without my permission. It was charged 3 days after I cancelled the transaction. Your staff is dismissing my complaint and never listened. I asked several times for the person in charge and telephone number but no one came back to me. I also asked for explanation but no one apologized nor epxplained until now. It has been disappointing. I still want to have that money/apology/explanation/telephone number/person in charge.

Sorry to hear about that, Anecia. One of our representatives responded to your emails regarding this matter. We may have the correct amount from our end however, most payout agents in the Philippines charge a little tax for international transfers.

Your sendvalu money transfer 775456 has been processed Hello Malcolm Henry Tong, The amount has been charged to the mobile wallet +233-244513676 of the recipient Rage Perry. this person has been in touch with me on messenger she is saying she has not recieved the funds that i sent to her and now she is in big trouble. why have the funds not reached her mobile wallet she badly needs these funds putting into her mobile wallet

Money was sent to me by My husband Richard.the transaction was cancelled and he was told the money will be sent back to his account within 3 to 5 working days but he still haven’t received it till now it’s been two weeks .he also sent another money few days ago and the money hasn’t still reflected in my wallet

Hello, Ebenezer Odei. Transaction #774572 has already been marked PAID in our system on February 22, 2021. Please make sure that your mobile wallet has not exceeded the holding limit. If this is the case, please empty your mobile wallet. Please use proper channels in following up transactions by sending us an email at support@sendvalu.com

Very disappointed in your service nobody is there to answer the phone for questions on sending money or anything and half the time it doesn’t work when you try to send money

An error message shows that your card is not authorized. This could be a temporary error due to technical issues. Please try again a bit later. Or, this could be a new card that has not yet been used for online money transfers. Kindly contact your bank and ask whether there is any restrictions on your card for money transfers via sendvalu.com or AWS24. Your previous transaction has already been marked paid in our system.

Sendvalu is a rip-off they tell you they charge 10 dollars to send $400 but when you look in your ac account it's 200 hundred dollars more taken out of your account and when you contact you gets no answer

Hello, Mr. Simms. You were charged a total of 411.42 EUR for transaction #766588. 400 EUR for your transaction + 11.42 EUR sendvalu fee. It could be the charge for converting USD to EUR and others. Please contact your card issuer or the bank for further assistance.

Not very pleased as you put the second transfer I made through and cancelled the first transfer I made. I have tried also to get my Passport in to you and had to send it by email as your site does not allow me to upload directly. Is this the reason for cancelling my first transfer ? I do need the first transfer to go through asap as it if to buy food for a friend who is hungry..

Sorry for the late reply on this, Dave. Your first transaction was cancelled by our local partner due to some reasons. We still have a copy of your valid ID on file and you do not need to send it again unless it has already expired and needs to be updated.

Some of my transactions took more than three days to be paid out.. and on several occasions the money was paid out but my family member did not receive the money... When she went to the payout location to find out why she was informed that her account had been hacked and someone else received what she should have received..

We are unable to process transactions to Cuba at the moment. Our correspondent bank has stopped sending money to Cuba. It has nothing to do with sendvalu and our distribution partner. Rest assured, we are working hard to find an alternative and will inform you as soon as we have an update We apologize for any inconvenience it may cause and thank you for your kind understanding.

The customer service really sucks I have sent in five emails I have tried to call numerous times I have not heard back from anybody you state you'll get back to people in 12 hours it's been 4 days

Our apologies that nobody was available to pick up your call at the time of your call. Please have your beneficiary check if the mobile wallet account has reached the maximum holding limit. This is usually the reason why mobile wallet transactions are delayed. If this is the case, please advise emptying mobile wallet to make way for new transactions.
