Where is my other transfer from 2 weeks ago for $191 cuc? Why hasn't that been processed? Why haven't you replied to any emails, messages or phone calls? Despite your reply days ago, the transfer remains unprocessed even though the money was removed over 2 weeks ago

Mucha decepción 😪 😕 😥 😞 😔, envié un dinero a Cuba, el cual nunca llegó, me contacte, y me pidieron # de la transferencia se lo envié, muchos mensajes pero el resultado fue perdido el dinero 💰 y el tiempo.

Good day i just sent money to philippines and it says that u guys dont send money in us dollars but when i checked my card balance online it was charged. Whats wrong with your service?!!!!!!

On this occasion sendvalue has failed me and the recipient. I am advised the transaction is complete, But advised it is not so because the phone number it was sent to does not accept money. This advice was offered by MTN .This is the first time I have had a problem, all other transactions have been excellent . Please advise If the current Problem can be rectified Regards. Jordi.

The transactions I created this morning took over 8 hours to process. I needed the money sent right away and that did not happen. Tried to call customer service and couldn’t reach anyone.

Had many transactions with SendValu had occastional glitches it always worked out until Mknday August 10, 2020 Here is the complaint during the transaction there proved to be a discrepancy between what is on my visa debit card charge and what was ACTUALLY deposited into my recipients bank account! **Charged to my account was $156.41 ... Recipient received only $70.00 !!! This is an error I have contacted SendValu customer service about the day of and yesterday!! >>> Note: SendValu please correct this mistake by crediting my debit Visa account the error on your part of $81.00 or otherwise, make good for it! I await your swift response when this is complaint is resolved I will than once again reward SendValu with 5 stars and you keep customers!! Thats my deal! Thank you, Ms Valerie Smallwood
