This company is to say the VERY least, horrible..DO NOT send money to anyone with this company. You will lose it, and the person you sending it to will not get it! They are a company that is nothing but a rip off artists!

Hello, Kindra. We pulled up your account and found two transactions that were marked paid on April 13th and 30th, and one cancelled last April 14 as you have requested. Please send us a copy of your receiver's copy of recent statement that shows the amount was not received. The amount from the cancelled transaction has already been charged back to your account immediately by sendvalu but your bank may take 5 to 7 banking days to reflect it in your balance. If after this period, you still do not see the amount credited back to your account, please contact your bank.

Le 4 avril j’ai transférer à ma conjointe une somme d’argent par Fincimex via sendvalu ca fait exactement 15 messages que je laisse à leur département sans réponses, Hilda c’est rendu à la banque à 7 reprises depuis le 13 avril et ce jour la banque n’avait rien pour elle, chaque fois elle doit payer le taxi allé retour 4 CUC , nous sommes très insatisfait nous devrons changer de fournisseur et demander a MasterCard de nous rembourser puisque sendvalu ne s’occupe pas de nous, c’est désolant de voir ça à notre époque, nous sommes presque certains que nous avons été arnaqué soit par vous ou par la banque De Ahorro de holguin

I sent 157 cuc on the 15th and another 28 cuc on Saturday and despite texting and asking for help as my friend is desperate, I was told on Friday it would be investigated, I’ve still don’t know what’s happening

I am not satisfied...I still have 2 transaction that didn't went through and was not refunded...so I'm still waiting on my refund...definitely not satisfied.

Sorry to hear that you find our exchange rates higher. The transaction fee is shown on the calculator before you proceed to the next step of the transfer. We have reviewed your account and checked all the emails. Our representatives have responded to your emails. Your transactions were all marked PAID in our system as well. Please login to our website and send us a document or anything pertaining to the double processing fees.

Ich habe diese Woche 3 mal versucht Geld zu senden. Nach Tagen erfahre ich geht nicht , obwohl alle Daten gestimmt haben. Ich weiß nicht wo das Problem ist. Vorher hat es auch geklappt. Jetzt habe ich ein Riesen Problem.

Not a reliable service you charged me for a transaction. After 3 weeks I canceled and you have not paid my stolen money back.Have a look at what people say about you on Facebook it is disgusting what you do to people. About the transfer of today (December 16th 2019) I am very unhappy. I wanted to transfer at 11.45 am €250 to Randy Ayamah. Sendvalu wanted to check my personal information which I fully understand. An hour later I sent all the requested bills and information.The status went on "Sent to partner" and only on 21.17 pm the money was transferred to Randy Ayamah, too late to buy a ticket at a travel agency. Now I have to pay €300 more for the same ticket for Tuesday night, but that transfer (561000) goes wrong too. The status says "attempt"and not "Verification". If this transfer goes wrong again, I will be angry. But I hope you can solve this problem. Thank you, Dirk Alexander Vosseberg.
