Estaba muy contento,ahora no tanto!! Realize un envío,no recibí ninguna notificación pensé que no fue rejistrado y lo volví a enviar?ahora el banco me manda una notificación de una salida inesperada de mi cuenta y siguiendo los pasos no pude cancelar un pago eso no funciona, más no importa!!! no es porque no tenga el dinero,más ahora soy uno menos 🤷 como me tratas te trato

I got the message that the money arrived, but there arrived nothing. i don´t know how much time i have to wait. Sendvalu want many informations of me, which i don´t like to give. I send only 150$ every month and for that i have to declare where i got the money? Never! When this is necesary i will use another service!

Hello , I sent 100 usd to an account in Cuba 2 days ago and sendvalu sent me an email that destinatary received it and actually she didn’t received it . How could you resolve this issue please ? Id transaction 1212964. Thank you

The problem is that I Dont get as Sender automaticly after transfer the pickup Code. I have to write or have to call that I will get it.

The transfer was not quick at all. It took 24 hours to send. That is the longest I’ve waited compared to all other transfer apps.

The system was strange, it gave me errors, that the number I had entered wre not correct. I exited and came back in and just did a repeat transaction, and that worked. However it required information on an address line and I repeated the information from the line above.

Todavía no he recibido confirmación de la transferencia a la tarjeta y la persona beneficiaria tampoco. Me gustaría poder confirmarlo y valorarlo. Si puedo dar una sugerencia es que las transferencias sean lo más inmediatas posibles. Hay necesidades y se necesita de esos dineros. Sin más, Ernesto.

Veuillez noter que nous sommes soumis aux règles de sécurité plus strictes de la MFSA, qui exigent la demande de documents à tous nos clients. Dans votre cas, vous êtes déjà passé par ce processus. Votre profil est autorisé pour les transferts d'argent. Vous pouvez effectuer le transfert d'argent que vous souhaitez. Merci et désolé pour les dérangements occasionnés.

It was very difficult to send the money. Sendvalu kept asking for more ways to pay as each one was rejected. Only after a query from my bank, and approval did the transaction work on my 4th try! Also I got charged an extra fee on your end? Why? Will have to reconsider using Sendvalu again?

I have given 5 stars when you repeat your excellence service of delivering the funds in 2 hours or less as you have many times. But this was another example of lack of service since I initiated my order around 6:30 am Pacific Time, and I received this email at 3:30pm. This time it was only about 9 hours to do what we both know you can do in 30 minutes. At least it did not take 40 hours as did one transaction.

Suite à mon récent envoi de 900 dollars à mon épouse à Cuba, je n'ai jamais reçu de confirmation de mail de réception et paiement à la bénéficiaire. Je considère que c'est une nécessité de savoir.

Le daría cinco estrellas porque la verdad que ha llegado rápido no lo siguiente pero ha habido un pequeño problema el descuento que me dijeron que me lo iban a hacer por ser la primera vez que hago una transferenciano me lo han hecho o sea que un tres ya digo de buena gana le daba un cinco un saludo muchas gracias a todos

Obwohl ich schon sehr oft ihre Plattform genutzt habe,war ich diesmal unzufrieden.Es hat 4 Versuche gebraucht um das Geld zu Transferieren. Es kahm immer wieder die Meldung das meine Karte nicht akzeptiert wird.Es ist immer die selbe Karte welche ich benutze.
