I was happy with the service up until my transfer on April 15. It was to have been processed in 1 to 48 hours. It is now 7 DAYS later, my wife still has not received the money. I tried calling numbers in 3 different countries, and cannot get anyone on the phone. Not happy.

Our apologies that the money transfer has been delayed and that no one was available to answer the phone at the time of your call. Transactions are screened manually by our distribution partners. We push to expedite every transaction that comes through us. One of our representatives has responded to your cancellation request via email. Schnell geht es schon! Aber mir wurde nach einer Transaktion das Wieder-Einloggen angezeigt und dann wurde das Feld: 'Vervollständigen' angezeigt! Doch dadurch wurde eine zweite Buchung mit dem gleichen Betrag veranlasst. Also eine Doppelbuchung! Der doppelte Betrag! Ich habe eine Email geschickt! Hoffentlich wird die zweite Buchung gelöscht! Telefonisch sind Sie nicht erreichbar! Anrufe werden nicht beantwortet!

Well am very happy she got the money faster then before. I did connect with your office on skype was not given a code for transfer was very worried for fraud. But good now

sorry - but several of my transfers to Ghana have taken much too long! Some of them 3 - 4 or even 5 days! But the mail service is rather good and friendly!

How come, your program is messed up? Third time that I chose Bank transfer and your system shift to Cash pick up when I press pay? It is becoming a pain considering I am asked for Account Number and name of bank where to remit!

El problema es que muy lento el proceso para el envio de dinero ya que el proceso en sí pasa por muchos filtros y eso no ayuda a que el servicio sea más rapido y ágil a la hora de uno enviar dinero digamos a Cuba
