El problema es que muy lento el proceso para el envio de dinero ya que el proceso en sí pasa por muchos filtros y eso no ayuda a que el servicio sea más rapido y ágil a la hora de uno enviar dinero digamos a Cuba

Your service is ok, but it takes to long sometimes to deliver money on mobile wallet. Sorry to say so.

At initial processing, it took 4 days before my transfer was effected. But subsequent transfers were fast enough that my cancelled transfer was also processed. All in all, service was satisfactory.

You stay a few hours it takes longer than a few hours you take too long and cause problems for people because it takes too long for you to send the money

Hello, my transaction ID GHSE2815678939 has not yet been proceed by your local partners since 72 hours ago. It has shown processing by local partners for the past 72 hours now. Please why do your local partners take so much time to release payments? Also, I have sent my additional documents to you in other to process the rest of my transactions but as at now I have not received any feedback. Counting on your usual co operation to hear from you.
