“Although I had initial problems with the verification procedure and I still find it annoying that every transaction has to be verified again, it is a reasonable level of service. But things need to change to offer a better and faster service to the customer. Without our money, there is no business.”

“Well I am rating you 3 star base on the aspect of delivery directly on bank account. But I will say am not pleased with your service in the aspect of money pick up at your local partner cos for a week now money sent to me is still at your disposal I have complained on Facebook live chat yet nothing has been done about it honestly its so annoying to the extent am already having the mind of never using your company to receive money. Please do something about it cos I need the money. Thanks.”

“Cebuana in Philippines doesn´t recognize this transaction, why? My receiver can´t get her money now. Why? I´m not satisfied. Number 399211. She has even shown the TF number, but didn´t get any money. So what is this?”

“For this high rate it should be possible to realize a transfer in seconds or at least in less then 5 minutes. The exchange rates are increadable high, and the service price also is not just which i would call acceptable.”

“I made my transfer yesterday and still it has not gone through to my sister's account. First they required and ID and then called me to verify the transaction details. We should have been made aware that we will go through with this kind of procedure. I was worried at first because it took time for sendvalu to process my request. But, when they called me, it was made clear that they are just doing it for my own security, which I really appreciate and thankful for doing it. But please update your website, that it may go a verification process, for us not to worry on the first place. Overall experience was good, I commend the lady who called me about my transaction, she was very helpful and assured my everything is fine. I will still be using sendvalu in my future transaction and recommend to my friends, though.”

“First time to use sendvalu service, I was quite not happy of the service, because the verification process took time. But their customer support explained to me the importance of taking verification thoroughly and I appreciate their time in making sure that they are dealing with the correct individual. They should put it on their website that there will be a verification process that will take place. But at the end, I like their service and how they treated me as their customer, I felt valued and it's not really just for business. Thank your sendvalu!”
