“Buen servicio sólo que cobran bastante de comisión y conla conversión en cuc se pierde mucho pero por el resto el servicio es rápido”

“For this high rate it should be possible to realize a transfer in seconds or at least in less then 5 minutes. The exchange rates are increadable high, and the service price also is not just which i would call acceptable.”

“I made my transfer yesterday and still it has not gone through to my sister's account. First they required and ID and then called me to verify the transaction details. We should have been made aware that we will go through with this kind of procedure. I was worried at first because it took time for sendvalu to process my request. But, when they called me, it was made clear that they are just doing it for my own security, which I really appreciate and thankful for doing it. But please update your website, that it may go a verification process, for us not to worry on the first place. Overall experience was good, I commend the lady who called me about my transaction, she was very helpful and assured my everything is fine. I will still be using sendvalu in my future transaction and recommend to my friends, though.”

“First time to use sendvalu service, I was quite not happy of the service, because the verification process took time. But their customer support explained to me the importance of taking verification thoroughly and I appreciate their time in making sure that they are dealing with the correct individual. They should put it on their website that there will be a verification process that will take place. But at the end, I like their service and how they treated me as their customer, I felt valued and it's not really just for business. Thank your sendvalu!”
