In case you have sent a duplicate transfer request, you can try to cancel it yourself by logging on your sendvalu account, select the transaction, and press Cancel. Or, we can do it for you. The support is good but I had a terrible time sending money to Cuba. When I arrived to pay it would redirect me. I need to send money to Cuba every month. I hope I do not have this problem next month

I use Sendvalu a lot, and am generally pleased with the service. There are however, a number of areas where the service can be improved: 1. Consistency: too often, and seemingly, always when the need is critical, there are delays. 2. You have done your security assessments many times; why the need for constant verification? 3. Location time differences is often a factor: is your service 24/7? - It needs to be!! 4. I have asked several times about deposits directly to a bank account; but not received any response. This is important for transport security reasons. Recently, my recipient was attacked at gun-point and robbed of all receipts when leaving the collection point!! 5. I have never been able to reach Sendvalu by telephone, and even got the impression that the listing of a telephone contact was a hoax!!

Sendvalu ist eine günstige Form Geld zu versenden.Bisher ist auch alles beim Empgänger angekommen.Allerdings ist es nicht Ratsam mit Klarna zu bezahlen.Der Transfer dauertviel zu lang.Obwohl es heißt Sofortüberweisung.Nachdem der Empgänger das Geld auf der AIS Karte ( Blau) hat,kommt es immer wieder zu Verzögerungen es abzuheben.Oft klappt das erst beim 3 oder 4 Versuch .Ich weiß nicht ob das generell so ist,oder nur in Cuba.Jedenfalls ist das ein Problem da der Empfänger weit von der nächsten Bank wohnt.Und oft umsonst die Reise dorthin unternimmt.

Due to several complaints received with regards to our services in Nigeria we regret to inform you that the cause of the delay is due to on-going upgrade of the inter-bank transfer system, which processes transfers across all Nigerian banks from our service providers. As a result, the system is experiencing intermittent service outages, thereby causing delays in transaction status confirmation. Our apologies for the inconvenience this has caused.

It should not be necessary to use 3 hours to deliver money to mobile wallet.

Thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback. Transactions to mobile wallet usually takes 24 hours to complete on our platform. There are also some instances that the receiver's mobile wallet holding limit has been reached which is the common cause of delay. If this is the case, the mobile wallet should be emptied to receive new transactions.

Due to legal and regulatory requirements that we must follow, we need to go through a process of getting to know our customer and obtaining documented proof. The importance of compliance with these laws are greater since we are in a non face to face business. Your transaction was cancelled as requested. Your money was not taken by sendvalu as it was not processed. The amount debited from your card is a reserve put by your bank against your card. Usually, banks take 5 to 7 working days to charge it back to the card holder's account.
