I use Sendvalu a lot, and am generally pleased with the service. There are however, a number of areas where the service can be improved:
1. Consistency: too often, and seemingly, always when the need is critical, there are delays.
2. You have done your security assessments many times; why the need for constant verification?
3. Location time differences is often a factor: is your service 24/7? - It needs to be!!
4. I have asked several times about deposits directly to a bank account; but not received any response. This is important for transport security reasons. Recently, my recipient was attacked at gun-point and robbed of all receipts when leaving the collection point!!
5. I have never been able to reach Sendvalu by telephone, and even got the impression that the listing of a telephone contact was a hoax!!
