“On Sendvalu's side everything worked well and the processing was very fast: the next day I already had the promotion activated and could use it. However, due to the current situation in Cuba with the electricity and the quality of the service there it felt like a waste of money: the internet service is not very reliable and quite often when there are blackouts internet also stops working. That's the reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5.”

“Endlich funktioniert der alte Zahlungsdienstleister Red wieder ab Mai 2026 nach Cuba... Der Coddan Zahldienstleister war nur Katastrophe... Danke, heute war alles Ok wie in alten Zeiten.. Bin ja schon seit 2 Jahren bei SENDVALU... Es wäre noch besser wenn die App sich automatisch in allen Bereichen auf Deutsche Sprache einstellt, dann wären es 5 Sterne bei der Bewertung gewesen..”

“Making transfert to my family in Cuba….having to be patient …..took me 2 days to go over and over the check ID part web site always asking for my documents…..management please look into that section to be more friendly . When transaction accepted ,it was sent to Cuba card on same business day . Thank you 😊 for supporting 🇨🇺 🇨🇺 Cuba”

“Ich sende Geld und Handy guthaben nach Cuba selbst wenn andere es nicht schaffen sendvalu schafft es immer. Leider auch nicht immer Zeitnah aber doch ziemlich schnell. Dafür Daumen hoch 👍🏻”

“Ist zu empfehlen, Hauslieferung bis zu fünf Tagen warten, geht manchmal auch in Kürzester Zeit je nachdem wie bestellt wird( Anfang der Woche,in der Mitte oder am Ende (Freitags) ). Die Aufladung von Karten die zum Einkauf genutzt werden, könnte schneller bei dem Empfänger ankommen ( innerhalb von Minuten wären vorteilhaft). Ansonsten aufladen von Sim Karten für Telefonie und Internet funktioniert sehr gut, innerhalb von wenigen Minuten beim Empfänger.”

“Ob Geld Transfer oder aufladen von Mobiltelefonen von Freunden im Ausland. Selbst in Politisch umstrittene Gegenden. Hat sich der Service von Sendvalu um 100% verbessert. Es ist nur schade dass die Währung die Ausgezahlt werden soll, nicht immer verfügbar ist. Ich möchte gerne den Euro auch an meine Liebsten schicken. Da ich von dem US Dollar nichts halte. Wenn das noch machbar gemacht wird. Bekommt ihr 5 von 5 Sterne. Denn ihr seit Helden.”
