Everything is great except st the place of pickup. What are requirements to pick up funds. Is the amount required? This place also wanted the purchase of a card ?

I did over 25 transactions with SendValu, It works great but On 4th May, 2019, my last transfer has stuck in processing till now the 7th May, 2019. I sent out couple of messages to your support yet no reply. I demand to know what went wrong and when will the transfer be pay to the recipient ? I have no idea why you guys choose not to respond to my messages. I have never experienced this before until my last transfer still my Status says Processing since the 4th of May. My transaction ID# change to 3f619b68-b37b-4608-a2a5-6dffbbf290b7. SendValu, You guys says you can be trusted with our money. I wonder why if you guys can’t delivery transfer on time should let your customer know the reason and when to expect payout to the recipient. Please Help.

last days ago, i did one more transiction, but it is still process AND ITS TIME CONSUMING FOR BIG AMOUNT.

Sending money to Cuba is very complicated. Sendvalu works about 50% of the time.

Although I had initial problems with the verification procedure and I still find it annoying that every transaction has to be verified again, it is a reasonable level of service. But things need to change to offer a better and faster service to the customer. Without our money, there is no business.

Well I am rating you 3 star base on the aspect of delivery directly on bank account. But I will say am not pleased with your service in the aspect of money pick up at your local partner cos for a week now money sent to me is still at your disposal I have complained on Facebook live chat yet nothing has been done about it honestly its so annoying to the extent am already having the mind of never using your company to receive money. Please do something about it cos I need the money. Thanks.

Cebuana in Philippines doesn´t recognize this transaction, why? My receiver can´t get her money now. Why? I´m not satisfied. Number 399211. She has even shown the TF number, but didn´t get any money. So what is this?
