Had many transactions with SendValu had occastional glitches it always worked out until Mknday August 10, 2020 Here is the complaint during the transaction there proved to be a discrepancy between what is on my visa debit card charge and what was ACTUALLY deposited into my recipients bank account! **Charged to my account was $156.41 ... Recipient received only $70.00 !!! This is an error I have contacted SendValu customer service about the day of and yesterday!! >>> Note: SendValu please correct this mistake by crediting my debit Visa account the error on your part of $81.00 or otherwise, make good for it! I await your swift response when this is complaint is resolved I will than once again reward SendValu with 5 stars and you keep customers!! Thats my deal! Thank you, Ms Valerie Smallwood

16 days to send money to Cuba ? You advertise 2 to 3 days. Are you serious ? I am on a Cuba forum I don't think you under Stand how many poor reviews you get !! Your service is disgusting

Tengo envíos a targeta ais a cuba ase una semana más 400 doláres y el dinero no aparese en la targeta despojadas. Ello no dan razones es llamado es escritos y no contestan.lo que isieron con la manos lo están rompiendo con los pies.estoy en esta compañía desde 2010 y nunca avia tenido quejas con ellos.porfavor sendvalu responderme el dinero que es mandado a mi familia en cuba es de urgencia gravedad de mi familia a muerte no es para disfrutar. Nesecito una respuesta

It very poor ,the wat you made your charges to every individual people who made transaction is too high and the charges is too much and if you couniune like you will lost customers

This company is very faster in the transfer money but I had a problem now for one month and they never give any solution for it on 13 jun I try to do a transaction in there website and the payment page show error and the money has been taken from my card and after a lot of contacts with time they say we refund it and in 5-7 days is gonna be in your bank account without showing me any clue that they really refund it . Now it’s been one month and the bank say the money has been taken successfully from my card and nothing been refund to my card never and I try now to contact them again but no one replied to my email or answer me am so disappointed and and not happy with that

Sendvalu has very poor customer service. Poor response to emails. Took almost four days to complete a transaction. Lost $150 as receipient did not receive the money. No reply or follow up my Sendvalu. I would never recommend this money transfer service. No customer service at all. I am out $150.00 and no follow up from Sendvalu. This is why I am leaving such a negative review. Deal with Sendvalu at your own risk! Do not expect any support from them!

Thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback. We checked your account and responded to your email. Your transaction has been marked PAID since June 14th. We also requested for a copy of your receiver's recent mobile wallet statement. This is required when we report non-receipt claim to our distributor. Please check your inbox and respond to our request.

This service is poor,to be honest, money was sent June 2 and the sender has to verify his Credit card but sending front and back pictures to Sendvalu team,he did that and received a message shortly that his account is verified money will be on my phone soon but up till now the money is not here and no one is responding to email or Facebook messenger,your service is not to be trusted to be honest Transaction number 642777

Sendvalu is a registered and audited company. There are legal and circumstantial reasons why a certain transaction may not be successful. Your sender has failed the verification process. Please communicate with your sender for more details.

I sent another identical transaction to the same receiver and the status is still ATTEMPT as of last night!(! WTF!!! Fix this problem and make the funds available NOW!!!
