I'm is old costumer of sendvalu but now days its really complicated .requesting a bunch of document even video call also .but when we ready to video call NO ONE OF THEM CALL TO SENDER , even when the sender call to costumer service , always not available .the sender sent all required document but still no any respond .after the sender cancel the transaction , without any guilty they said " this transaction has been canceled, please contact ur sender " ..its mean knowingly making condition so that the sender has to cancel it.. Now what else ur reason sendvalu team ? All document is sent and the sender made account for video call in Skype also but nothing good result from all of u

Hello they sent me money it been 4 hours now nothing shows in my phone and no transaction number appears so how the hell am i going to get it fuckin let me know i used to believe this app now it turning into scam

Have been trying to send a transaction to someone since early in the morning and was told by customer service that it was going to be released as soon as possible and still it has not been released and been trying to contact customer service never had a problem with this before usually pretty good at getting my transactions out but for some reason this one is taking a while

Good evening. I wrote to the company several times about the amount of €54,33 that I sent to my uncle MONSURU OLA Adebayo since on 30/06/2019. Have already sent the same amount to him, all I want is to recover back my money. I am waiting for the sendvalu to respond to my message, if not my bank will surely take the necessary direction. for some reason it takes three or four days to pick up even a small amount of money why is that this is really not acceptable this is an emergency situation they need the money I send it and they cannot get it for days they have to go to the bank three or four times to receive this money can you help me thank you

Die Überweisung hat von Anbeginn nicht funktioniert. Eine Auszahlung vor Ort ist nicht möglich. Im Gegensatz zu vorigen Zahlung, ist diese nicht nachvollziehbar. Ich bitte um unverzügliche Abhilfe des Problems. MfG

To date I have used your service has two times and both times was a catastrophe it cost me time effort and money to even be able to pick up the transactions. Today I am trying for a Third Kind and this will be my make or break moment as I intended to give long-term support 2 Janet Dawson and her family but we'll be doing another way if it doesn't work smoothly this time it's unfair to expect them to go through so much I hope this time works out better as I'm already set up into your program

Ich war sehr verärgert darüber, dass die Überweisung zunächst blockiert und dann schleppend ausgezahlt wurde. Dadurch ist ein Schaden entstanden, der nicht mehr gut zu machen ist. Ich werde Sendvalu nicht weiter empfehlen und nur noch in Außnahmen wählen. Die gesamte Planung, die mit der Auszahlung verbunden war, konnte zeitlich nicht mehr eingehalten werden. Ich bin extrem verärgert durch den angerichteten Schaden. Es gab überhaupt keinen Grund die Auszahlung zu verzögern.

Two dates in value has been easy to give money to but very difficult to find the location to pick up the funds it is cost us many hours and much time in trying to get funds on the receiving end. I believe there's much incompetence in your organization and I'm very dissatisfied at this point in time.

I send 215.00 dollars plus your fees. The exchange rate should have paid out over 1100 ghs, but it paid out 1020.91. Someone is skimming or I am falsly informed. This was going to be bi monthly for extended osriod of tims. I cannot use a company that operstss businsss in this manner. Thsy ndrd to telm up front how expensive their service is.
