Have 3 telephone numbers 1 doesn't work the other 2 no one answers u leave message they never return your calls email them takes days to get response this company sucks will report to BBB

I have been blocked on Skype after he/she took my personal informations. I have sent copy of my ID/ credit card including Skype video call verification.

Hello, Troy. We never ask copies of ID or sensitive information such as credit cards over Skype. We ask customers to send them by securely uploading them on to our platform.

You can contact us via email. Send your requests to support@sendvalu.com or via our Official Messenger https://www.messenger.com/t/sendvalu but never on Skype.

Hello, Mark Linton. Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. The recent transaction you have is dated June 19 which was already marked PAID in our system. We did not see any double charges in your account. Please login to your sendvalu account and check the DRAFTS section. If you see a pending transaction there, you can click the Trash Bin icon to delete that. If that is the case, it is a reserve put by your bank and the amount is not yet charged by sendvalu. Your bank will be reporting such reversal in 5 to 7 business days.

Can any one explain to me why you have been ignoring my messages sent to your support team? I have been asked to provide additional documents and I have submitted them but until now no one has been able to attend to me or completed my transactions!!! This is really serious! May I know why your support team does not answer messages sent to them? Who do we turn to if your support isn't answering messages or addressing issues?

First transaction was fine. Tried to do another and hasn’t gone thru yet. Been 48 hrs and no response from SendValu. They could at least let the customer know what the issue is so we aren’t just sitting here wondering if we just wasted our money.

This is my fourth time to write to this company concerning my funds they are holding. Until now no one has been able to explained to why you are unable to send the funds to my receiver. I demand an urgent answer or speed up transaction or a refund if not I am afraid I will have to turn your company in the the authorities for debiting my cards severally. It has been 4 days now! Sounds like fraud !!!!

I do not understand why your payment gateway has not yet been sort out. I have made 4 successful payment via my debit card with an amount of $360 each. In all $1,440.00. Your company is keeping this funds without giving me any update as to why you are holding my funds and not delivering it to my recipient. This is really strange. Please get this problem fix as soon as possible in less than 24 hours. Thank you.

I trusted this company at first because they were able to complete 2 of my transactions. I tried again to use their service again yesterday and they had charged my debit and credit card many times but could not show the status of the transfer on my dashboard. I have sent so many mails and they are not replying them. Could this be a fraud company? What is happening?
