This service takes a very long time to provide a tracking/approval number. Other services provide instant tracking number. Some send by email a few minutes later. This service takes as long as 8 hours. Sometimes only 2 hours. Very frustrating.

I’ve had problems lately trying to send money to Cuba.. filling out the same details each time for every transaction is one thing but I spent last weekend trying to make one transaction work.. the money each time was sent back to my bank.. very frustrating 🤷🏻‍♂️

Is very important that you use your drafts so you can take your last successful transaction and repeat it not having to write all the information of your beneficiary all over again.

I can not send another order it always say try another payment method.... I tried several times but failed. If always like thus I will not recommend you. Please fix it asap

WHERE THE HELL IS THE MONEY ORDER THAT WAS SUPPOSSIDLY SENT THE RECEIVER???? HE HAS STILL NOT RECEIVED IT AFTER 24 HOURS I PAID THE MONEY ON FRIDAY 6TH JANUARY 2023 YOU HAVE SAID THE MONEY HAS BEEN PAID OUT ???? WHO DID YOU PAY ?? WHEN???

Nothing was paid out. I need someone to contact me and let me know why I was emailed that their was a payout but my brother did not receive anything? Can I receive proof that the money was actually received?

I got an email informing my relatove had received the money two days ago. Today, two days after the email, my relative hasn't got the money. This is totally unacceptable! I've looked for a form in your web to comply, and there's no way to do it available. It's a shame.

DO NOT SEND MONEY THROUGH THIS APP. Very poor costumer service. DO NOT SEND MONEY through this app. They don't answer emails, they do not answer the phone or live chat. They haven't sent me the money or reply to my messages. They take your money first and after ask you to fill up forms, then ignore you.

Hello Sendvalu,after my transfer on the 9-2-2022 was successful ,I have made two transactions which should have been paid by now but the money has been debited from my card and when I track the transaction I can read transaction has been verified , but hasn’t been sent to partner yet,what kind of work is that, please if you think my transactions won’t work kindly return my money, because I’ve been sending emails to you to release the funds but still your team have done nothing about it, I’ve really regretted working from your end, Check them and complete the transfer, thank you Transaction ID 104960201 Transaction ID 104951601

You guys are very awful I don’t know why it takes you forever to process a mobile money transaction while other networks send it as quick as 30 min to an hour I still have a transaction not sent yet from you guys and it’s been over 2 days now , you guys are very poor in everything
