I made a transfer yesterday and sendvalu sent me an email and sms text saying it was successful but mtn mobile money hasn’t got me the funds. Wtf is this? Please don’t let me do something stupid!

I had an issue with a transaction that was cancelled by a third party, one of their partners in Cuba an the money sent was never refunded in this transaction. When I ask for an explanation or reimbursement I am being ignored

Hello, Charlie. Your transaction was cancelled by our local partner on October 8, 2020 due to issues in producing new AIS cards. The money was charged back to your account immediately by sendvalu but your bank may take 5 to 7 banking days to reflect it in your balance. If after this period, you still do not see the amount credited back to your account, please contact your bank.

Hello, Eduard. Your transaction is available for collection since September 22, 2020 and one of our representatives tried to reach your beneficiary by phone but no answer. Please advise your beneficiary to answer her phone so that we could assist her in collecting your remittance.

85 euros ont été prélevé sur mon compte bancaire debut aout. Mon amie cubaine n'a jamais reçu l'argent !!! Je n'ai pas été remboursé !!!. ce mois ci j'ai envoyé 30 euros +154 euros à mon amie cubaine à la havana, elle n'a recu que 110 euros !!!! En revanche, on m'a bien prélevé 184 euros sur mon compte !!!! C'est tout simplement DU VOL !!!

Ca fait 7 Jours que me vous écris, sans réponse à 5 mails. Pour savoir où es l’agent de ma dernière transaction. Prise sur mon compte et pas versé au bénéficiaire au Brésil « bloqué en TENTATIVE ». Pourquoi vous ne repondez pas et n’agissez pas? Merci gilles maccagnan

After so many problems with this company. I still do not feel safe using this service. I feel their rates are high and I know their exchange rate is not good.

In the interest of the client, we try to get the best possible exchange rates from our distribution partner. These exchange rates may change at any time and they can be permanently checked with our calculator. Could you tell us why you don't feel safe when you have more than 60+ paid transactions and 1 recent transaction that is now being finalized by our local partner?

I have send £50 for you to give my mother American dollars. Why have you give the convertible from Cuba? All esencial are for dólar now. Please can you explain why this happen? Kind regard Melba

Hello, Melba. I checked all of your transactions and it showed that your beneficiary received the amount in USD on the AIS USD card. We will check this with our local partner and will send you an email once we have feedback.

Si uno no tiene mucho que enviar cobran en mismo percentaje de otro que enviar 10 veces mas , esto no es justo. Deberian cambiar para una politica mas democratica. Asi no es justificable.

Ich war sehr zufrieden mit Sendvalu, hat immer einwandfrei geklappt. Ab jetzt verlangt Sendvalu persönliche Daten von mir Kopie in Farbe beidseitig von meinem Personalausweis, oder von meinem Reisepass. Diese Daten sind bei meinem Kreditkarten-Institut hinterlegt und wenn mein Auftrag vom Kreditkarten- Institut b.z.w. von meiner Bank genehmigt wird ist meine Identität bestätigt. Wenn nicht wird die wird der Vorgang abgelehnt. Aus diesem Grund lehne ich es ab meine höchst persönliche Daten über Internet preiszugeben. (Verified by Mastercard VISA SecureCode) Ich habe das Vertrauen an Sendvalue verloren.

My latest transaction has indicated the money is with.your Ghana partner. There is No indication of any error. Just days with the intended recipient not receiving funds and no opportunity to get you to remove the delay. I was very happy with you.until my.latest transaction bogged down. please help me and my recipient Rodger
