Sorry to hear that you find our rates comparatively unsatisfactory at this time. We would like to clarify that all transactions to be received in local currency are shown before finalizing the money transfer. The transaction fee is the only portion that goes to sendvalu for processing your transfer and we have one of the most competitive rates.

THE WHOLE PROCESS IS DIFFICULT....AFTER DAYS OF FINALLY BEING ACCEPTED AS A CANADIAN BUYER I AM FORCED AT THE LAST MINUTE TO BUY IN EURO???

We have reviewed your account, James. Your transaction was marked PAID in our system. Before your transaction went through, your card have encountered errors due to it is not authorized. As for the currency, Due to changes in international payment transactions, we can only bill in Euro at the moment. We are working to get also the USD and CAD currency available again.

The Sendvalue system is very good as long as it works. On Wednesday December 9th the system did not work. Suddenly the status changed from Verification to Attempt, the word Attempt mean that they have some fault that is unknown. I tried to call the support phone, but it did not work. I got no information about this, and i canceled the order. But the support team did not answer till after the money was delivered almost 24 hours after i sent it. A frustrating situation.

I sent money via a wallet (526780) on Tuesday 24th of September at 5.00 pm EDST I have checked in the morning Wednesday September25 and it says on your screen the transaction is not verified - this money should have been received by the receiver within a short period of time - I have received no notification there is a problem - I am disappointed in your service. I appreciate that Ghana is a country with a lot of scams - but I sent money in the morning - and provided my pictures for security - and I sent money on Sunday morning and it did not arrive for approximately 8 hours - This is disgraceful - please look into your system - and if you want the identification every time please have a way we can put it in the original order - it will save me and you a lot of time and incovenience

Thank you for giving us your feedback. Account verification with ID requirements is a one-time process until your account is fully verified. However, every transaction thereafter may still pass through a manual verification. Delivery time is usually on the same or next business day.

Sendvalu could be a brilliant company, but if you make any kind of mistake and it takes for ever to contact Customer Support. Security could be another issue as they use local agents to act on the behalf of Sendvalu These agents do NOT check the name on the account you send money to. I believe that it’s sensible to check the name and account number of your recipients?

Also our distributors may have different types of verification stages depending on the country and payment method. again have to wait for hours to get the payoutID, In the past this number was already in the transactionform, now I have to wait and wait ,this not acceptable and needs to be reviewed I am angry and certainly not happy. I am so long with you and now I have to consider an other way to get the money in PH. Also your forest is low as when I fly I changed in manila for 12 pesos for 1 ringgit, regards

It wasn't instant as promised yet it's very urgent for us. If there's need for verification why don't you ask us to do it in the same time as the transaction. If its that way it will speed up the transfer as promised

Most of the time, when sending a high amount or when the transaction is too frequent and you have reached the threshold in a month, additional documents are required. Today I want to send 978 usd to Philippines which is 50,592.43 php. When I convert to Euros that is 873.36 converted to php is 50,636.50. When I go to SendValu I send 868.649 my recipient gets 48,486.53 php. You are charging me 13.27 Euros for credit card fees for a debit card coming directly out of my account. What all is wrong with this picture? You are charging me 2,200 php for blue sky? And 13.27 Euros to take dollars from my bank as a credit card fee when it is not a credit card. 2.69 Euros for a trans action fee above that, no problem if that was the only fee but you are charging me 55 or 60$ above that? This does not seem right to me.

Dear james Elmer, sendvalu only charges the fees shown in the calculator at the moment you end your transaction and accept the terms. Any extra charge must be verified with your own card issuer. They may have been charging extra amount for international transactions or for any other reason. Kindly contact them.
