Terrible communication. I got a message in my email like this: Your sendvalu money transfer 459937 will be processed by our local partner. But there is no name of the receive or the amount of the transfer. I look on the dashboard and there is no transfer with a number of 459937. I think the designers of this system have never used it themselves.

Poor online experience. I have to pay in EUR instead of USD. There is very little information provided. I get an email with the pickup code, but not the name of the person - so if you send two at the same time it is confusing. On the dashboard I can see the name but not the pickup code. Kind of dumb.

I don’t get notification it has been sent till I get a notice it was Ickes up. Takes a couple of days for the recipient to get the money. I should not have to convert dollars to Euros and then to PHP.

Dear James We are a company based in Europe and this is why transactions are no longer possible in dollars, yet we are working hard to find solutions for this issue. You can always check your transaction information in your dashboard and request information to our customer service agents. Sorry for this bad experience you had. The user exeprience is very poor. Transfers sit in "processing" a long time - sometimes more than a day. The pick up number is not available on the dashboard it only comes in an email, and there is no name of the recipient in the email, so if you have more that one transaction you have to go back and forth between two screens.

Dear Robert, The transactions are delivered and paid between 24 to 48 business hours, same information provided in the web page. The pick up number is informed by mail but you can also see it your dashboard at any moment. The information of the transaction is all provided and shown in the dashboard for security reasons this information is not provided by mail. The agents answer your request by mail due the call center was fully bussy at the moment you called. We appreciate this kind of feedback because it help us to improve our service. Deeply sorry you find it so unpleasant.

I have problem because my recepient can not pick up the money as post ask for 6 digit pin but there is no 6 digit pin I received and my recepient also do not receive SMS it makes difficulty to collect fund

My second Mobile Wallet transfer. Partner/distributor will not verify the mobile wallet they transferred funds to. No money received. Appears to be either a system problem or fraud. Trying to work with customer service. No help only saying money paid out

sometimes they are very quick in transfer.But you can not trust them Sometimes they ask for a transfer of 60- 200 dollar a extended identification.In holland they warn you not to put your ID on internet.Send valu does not follow the modern developments in moneytransfer. For a simple transfer to cuban people who need som help from abroad it's ridiculous to ask a ID identification.

Hi it is pretty bad to force to pay the transaction in Euro I expend 4 dollars for the euro and another 15 dollars in the exchange so Western union charges 10 for 100 dollars so i think I will not using your services any more. It is any stupid idea whoever came out with it . good lock with the exchange Rene Aubourg
