First, all my transactions with you went smoothly. Then all of a sudden on the last transfer an error occurred and I'm no longer allowed to make a transfer. I contacted you thru phone and this lady named Molly assisted me. She was able to locate the problem and I was advised that it needs to be escalated to a higher level I think she said to check and clear the error. But aside from that, I had few queries, and she explained to me each and every one in possible ways that I can understand. She has a long patience and very kind especially to an old lady like me.
