One day, I received a call from them asking about the transfer made yesterday. I was shocked because I didn't make any request to transfer money to anyone else. The representative, gave me details about and my card was used in the said transaction, I lost my card two days ago, but I already reported it in the bank . It was good the sendvalu called me informing about the transaction, at least I was made aware of my card activities. I told them that it's not me who made the request. We concluded that someone used my card with out my consent. They said the transaction will be cancelled because it's not me who made the transaction. Thank you sendvalu for making my information safe. I would like to commend the lady who called me, she was so helpful and concerned about the situation. Keep it up sendvalu!
