They answer the phones & do their best to make sure to provide the best service. There are no illusive ‘exceeded your limit’ excuse. If there is a limit they can tell you what it is, unlike Western Union & MoneyGram who say that’s the reason they’ve denied a transaction but can never tell you what the limit is or when it starts over or if it does.
