As during the sign up registration, there is no guideline said the name in profile sign up must match passport name 100% at that point of filling up if I in anyway missed out.
And the verification only come in at the last part of the process after payment had been made.
Sendvalu should review the system sign up for verification in the beginning rather at the end.
