Usually well organised tour guides!but once was not acceptable.
Overnight flights from Canada leave you in Europe well before the hotels are equipped to accommodate you.This should be remedied.
I am sure most seniors would be willing to pay for the extra night lodging so, one could lie down and refresh to truly begin on the right foot
