Travelled twice with you, once to England and France and then once to tormellinos Spain. The first trip the only thing to complain about was that we could not access internet in our room in London and not enough free time and our trip to Spain where we had to transfer planes which was a total nightmare and the food in the hotel (we were there almost two weeks) was a buffet and it was very monotonous and the room which was always clean had little air conditioning and the view was definitely not the best. We would rather pay more for better accommodation and food. We will never pick another trip where we need to transfer planes . But on both occasions we had the most hospitable and friendly tour administrators possible, they were amazing. Some complained in Spain that our tour guide was a bit too young to understand the needs of the seniors but we absolutely loved her, her name was Ruby and she came from Montreal.
