My travel companion and I until the trip to Switzerland/ Stresa have enjoyed a comfortable and interesting journey. Our guide in the last trip was young and appeared disinterested in her job. She refused to go to the top of the Matterhorn leaving those who went unaccompanied. If there had been any problems we had no recourse but to deal with such as medical emergencies. Also we did not appreciate, being cornered with the Stresa guide who was selling her wares. A very uncomfortable situation. The sites themselves were wonderful but not a lot to do in Villars.
