Overall I found SDT great but there are 2 areas I feel need improvement. According to the literature gatuities are included in the package but I had one tour director who continually "suggested" we tip over and above. I found this uncomfortable. The 2nd concern involved myself as a solo traveller. Once the tour gets underway and we meet others, the solos join together for free time. But many tours have "free time" the very first day. You are in a strange place all alone, uncomfortable and a bit scary.
