The problem I had was getting proper flight connections to the destination. There were screw-ups with flight connections in Vancouver. The trip to Hawaii was good and well looked after.
Trip to Palm Springs connection in Los Angelus was lousy.
Trip to Cuba flying was from Kelowna to Toronto, then on to Cuba next day whereas we could have flown directly to Cuba from Kelowna. Tireing trip for seniors. Do not like Air Canada.
