The pre-organization was thorough, and I have no complaints. AC was a miss; but not DST fault; however, the actual Hawaii trip was below standard, I’d say. We had experiences where the tour guide skipped activities listed on her itinerary and gave us something other than DST approved. I could do better! I’d call the tour sub-standard, a lot of free time and wont be travelling with the agency again.
