We have only travelled once with SDT but had planned another trip before Covid struck In that case, we were struck by the quick and efficient refund process.
From initial booking to arrival home the experience was excellent.
Our one trip was 2 weeks in Spain where the accomodations were very good, the services of the Tour Director excellent, including arranging for a doctor to come to the hotel when one of us became ill.
We still plan to take another trip with .SDT
