You must be kidding..asking me to write a review when I just receive a letter stamped by your President saying I am to seek another travel agency and my name has been removed from your mailing list. The letter was most insulting alluding to possible harassment/abuse by myself to your tour mgr on my recent trip to Costa Rica. NO such behavior on my part ever occurred. This tour mgr was unable to assist me with an AC baggage delay issue so took his frustration out on me by bad mouthing me... pathetic....I would never want to deal with a company who hires such dishonest people.
