I have been on two tours, one to Harrogate and Worcester, UK and the other to Malta. Both enjoyable and we were looked after well. However Elizabeth McKinley, our guide for Malta went over and above, putting extras our way, e.g. many of us wanted wash cloths that the hotel did not provide, she went out and bought some. She fitted in an extra lunch at no cost to us. Anyone with a birthday not only got a card, but a small gift as well. Maria our local Maltese guide was exceptional. I look forward to another trip, my health and global health permitting, if I was fortunate enough to have Elizabeth as my guide, I would feel as though I had won the lottery!
