The tours and the guides are excellent. The flight arrangements are a problem. The booking reference MUST be the same for a couple and not include other travellers. Otherwise it is impossible for us to get seats together, make changes to seats, do upgrades on advance check-in and similar. As well, seats MUST be able to be preselected for upgrades to Premium Economy or Business Class when the upgrade was booked. If I did the flight separately I could do this but not if Senior Tours does it even though the price I pay is the same. These kinds of changes would make the trip much less stressful and are necessary even if the price for each traveller increases. I think that people would be happy to pay more to have these additional services and would bring this part of the tour to the same high standards.
