I have taken 18 tours. That speaks for itself. Generally speaking the tours are well managed,( over managed on some stay put tours) interesting and of good value. There is a good variety of tours at all times of year. I was on the Majorca tour this Spring (March 3 to March 22). It was interrupted do to the covid19 issue. I submitted a claim under the Manulife STD travel policy in early May but have received no payment yet, which is puzzling because others on the same tour have had their claims paid. I am not impressed with this situation as the trip interruption claim is straightforward.
