We have traveled with Senior Discovery Tours twice. The first trip we had an amazing guide and although we did have some issues, it was a scenic trip. We had a lot of free time to explore on our own and did. Fortunately, the weather was good. The second trip, although it took us to many places, was not good value. It started off badly with one guest being ill and it spread through the whole group. The weather wasn't the greatest and does affect your enjoyment. Some of the places we visited were a waste of time, and what we expected to see -- we didn't. For the money, we should have had more inclusive hotels. Most accommodations were just acceptable, but some were not. Food variety and quality was poor and not on par with what we had on our first trip. The local guide wasted more time on "talking" than seeing the sites.
