I felt that I got good value for my money and that I was well looked after. The accommodations weren't always what I would have liked but they were acceptable. One tour that I took was guided by a member of the office staff who was not familiar with the tour and relied on the bus driver, who was very knowledgeable, to help guide the tour. It was a very good tour but not what I would have expected from a company of your experience.
