I enjoyed my trip very much, as did my sister, with the exception of the meals served at the Presidente Hotel in Viarregio. The accommodations at this hotel were good but the meals were abysmal and at times inedible. One in our group said they must be cleaning out their freezer of old food and I must agree. The fish was off, the soup a stew, the meat stringy, old and unpalatable. To make matters worse, we had no choice of places to eat nor had the privilege of eating at any of the restaurants. Some did anyway at their own expense.
