I was on the cruise to Alaska, a dream for me. Our guide was superb, helpful, and most pleasant. The only difficulty we had was our original plane was cancelled in Montreal. When we finally got to Vancouver we couldn’t let our guide know that we would eventually arrive in Alaska via the USA. We needed her phone number. Even your head office was closed because it was a Sunday. Fortunately once we met up in Anchorage everything went VERY smoothly.
