When I first contacted Seniors Choice I was told I would be contacted by an insurance associate. We set up a time, the person was late in calling me at our set time and it was as if he just got out of bed and all he wanted to do and said if I live in Toronto the price would be higher. I told I don.t live in TO and would never want too he kept talking about TO. It was as if he needed another drink. After I put in a complaint. Called back got someone else he was very helpful. I say to Seniors Choice, "YOU NEED TO SCREEN YOUR ASSOCIATES"
